Cancellation Policy
Payments / Cancellations a $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all clients. This will go towards the total of your service and secure your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid in shop via card please be sure to cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments canceled after 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service fee. ​ ✨✨please be sure to detangle your hair prior to your service. Detangling fee is $50 for every 30 minutes✨✨.​ ​​ Late Policy We have a 10 minute late policy. After 10 minutes there is a $30 fee After 15 Miutes your appointment may be canceled or service will be shortened to avoid appointment clashing . No shows will be blocked from booking and charged FULL PRICE ​ Weaves And Wigs No used laced unless previously installed by me. I only color units and bundles that come from me please be sure to bring in any wigs / bundles 3 days prior to service date ​ ​​​​Not accepting Kids under 12​
