At Ajbuti Bar, all sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged. This applies to all products, including but not limited to:

Wigs (ready-to-ship and preorder)

Closures and frontals

Custom, colored, or altered units

Sale or promotional items
Preorder Wigs
All preorder wigs are custom-made and prepared after purchase. Because of this:

Preorder wigs are non-refundable

Orders cannot be canceled once placed

Processing times may take up to 30 business days
By purchasing a preorder wig, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:

Clear photos of the item and original packaging
If your claim is approved, you will receive a replacement only. Refunds will not be issued.
Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting Ajbuti Bar will be disputed with proof of delivery, tracking information, and this refund policy.
