Processing Time

 

 

All in-stock orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Please note: Processing time does not include shipping time.

 

 

Preorder Wigs

 

 

Preorder wigs are custom-Colored and prepared after purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for preorder wig processing before shipping.

 

• Preorder timelines begin the business day after payment is received

• This timeframe accounts for sourcing, customization, quality checks, and preparation

• Preorder wigs will ship once they are fully completed

 

 

By purchasing a preorder wig, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time.

 

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

 

 

Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days once shipped. Ajbuti Bar is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

 

Incorrect Address

 

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout. Ajbuti Bar is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

 

Ajbuti Bar is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the carrier’s possession. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
