Preorder Wigs

 

 

Preorder wigs are custom-COLORED and prepared after purchase. By purchasing a preorder wig, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

• Preorder processing times may take up to 30 business days before shipping

• Preorder wigs are non-refundable and non-cancelable

• Processing timelines begin the business day after payment is received

• Delays may occur due to sourcing, customization, or quality control

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping

 

 

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Ajbuti Bar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ajbuti Bar is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

Once a package is marked as delivered, Ajbuti Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

 

 

 

All Sales Final / Refund Policy

 

 

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on:

 

• Hair extensions

• Wigs (ready-to-ship or preorder)

• Closures or frontals

• Custom, colored, or altered units

• Sale or promotional items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

 

Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos and your order number. Approved claims are eligible for replacement only, not refunds.

 

 

 

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

 

 

By purchasing from Ajbuti Bar, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

 

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with proof of:

 

• Delivery confirmation
